Held inside Clouds, the top floor bar and dining space inside the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk, this event features themes of wine and food pairing each month. August’s event features a selection of six Australian wines, which will be paired with delectable dishes served buffet-style, such as hazelnut toast with cauliflower and fresh citrus fruits, mini Bondi burgers with dukkah, salad of duck confit and grilled avocado, toast of macadamia nuts with a dressing of ginger and orange, homemade salmon flavored with honey and chili, or beetroot and gin, slowly roasted lamb legs garnished with roasted potatoes, a jelly of seasonal berries, Anzac biscuit ice cream sandwich and more.
