Enjoy the European atmosphere of the Christmas season! While the front of JR Hakata Station is shining brightly with illuminations, Fukuoka’s winter tradition, the Christmas Market will be held again this year. Stalls will sell foods & drinks such as hot wine and sausages as well as traditional Christmas decorations. The 2020 Fukuoka Christmas Market will be held mainly in front of Hakata Station (11/11~) and Tenjin City Hall (11/17~). Also, about 32 trees along the Nakagawa River (Nakagawa-dori) will be illuminated with illuminations.
