A decentralized design event held across multiple venues in Fukuoka City, this program invites visitors to explore a wide range of creative expressions spanning product design, architecture, crafts, and art. Exhibitions are scattered throughout the city, encouraging attendees to move between locations and experience design within everyday urban settings.
Launched as a new initiative following the former “Designing Exhibition” once held in Fukuoka, the event aims to provide a platform for emerging designers while fostering among creators. It also encourages visitors to notice and appreciate design in daily life.
During the event period, several themed exhibitions take place at different venues, including Chair and Daily Life: Connecting Design and Everyday Living, Uncatalogued Manufacturing in Fukuoka, and DESIGN EXCHANGE, which brings together design activities from Fukuoka and Osaka. Talks and reception events are also scheduled.
