This special exhibition is held with the full cooperation of the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum, widely recognized as one of the world’s leading dinosaur museums. Incorporating the latest research from this prominent center of dinosaur studies, the exhibition is based on the popular “Theropods 2025.”
Focusing on theropods—carnivorous dinosaurs—it explores their evolution and classification. In addition to species discovered in Fukui, such as Fukuiraptor and Fukuivenator, the exhibition also highlights the still-enigmatic Spinosauridae. Through this widely popular group, visitors can experience the forefront of current dinosaur research.
