The “European Food Fair” began yesterday, Apr. 6 inside Brasserie & Lounge Seala on the 4th floor of the Fukuoka Hilton, and runs until Apr. 23. The expansive buffet offers a variety of European (Italian, French, Spanish, Greek and Belgian) dishes made with mostly with local ingredients. The Hilton’s Executive Chef, Gerald Vaux who’s worked at Michelin awarded restaurant in France, and elsewhere, added many new dishes since last year’s festival – so even if you are one of the 30,000 people who attended last year, you’ll want to go again! And like last year, everyone who dines there can enter a lucky draw for a return flight on KLM between Fukuoka and Amsterdam!
