This large-scale trade exhibition, one of the biggest in western Japan, centers on food from Kyushu and Yamaguchi. Now in its 11th year, the event was created to promote agricultural, forestry, fishery products, and processed foods from Kyushu to both domestic and international markets.
This year’s event features 291 exhibitors and 36 organizations, including local governments from across Kyushu. It provides a unified platform for promoting Kyushu’s products, fostering active information exchange, and facilitating business negotiations.
The event is aimed at buyers seeking agricultural and food products from Kyushu, as well as businesses gathering food-related information. With various seminars and booths, it’s a prime opportunity for networking and sourcing new products.
Food stalls and kitchen trucks will also be on-site, offering dishes made with Kyushu ingredients, including yakisoba and karaage featuring Fukuya’s mentaiko, fried horse mackerel from Matsuura, and coffee and lattes from REC Coffee.
