The Fuku Marché takes place on the third Sunday of every month at Torikai Hachimangu Shrine in Imagawa, Fukuoka City. This event offers a platform for visitors to purchase and savor Fukuoka and Kyushu’s unique products directly from the producers, focusing on #organic, #made in Kyushu, and #seasonal deliciousness. At this month’s Marché, attendees can expect an array of fresh spring vegetables and fruits, including asparagus, spring radishes, and citrus fruits. Several first-time vendors will be showcasing their products, such as additive-free honey and additive-free miso balls made with raw koji and pesticide-free vegetables. Additionally, a variety of gourmet dishes featuring spring ingredients will be available, including oven-baked pizzas and vegetable-rich vegan yakisoba noodles.
