Canada’s lobster harvest is at its peak from May to July. Lobsters in season are packed and are at their peak of flavor! Lobsterfest offers a chance to enjoy delicious Canadian lobster at dozens of eateries in Fukuoka and other parts of Kyushu until the end of July! Participating restaurants and bars add special lobster dishes to their menus so you can sample lobster prepared in French, Italian, Japanese and Spanish styles – just to name a few. Participating restaurants will be updated on facebook and the official website.
