A marché featuring organic products that are gentle on both the body and the environment focuses on additive-free products. The theme of this event is “sense of wonder,” based on the message from Rachel Carson, an oceanographer and author of “Silent Spring”. Considering what is the most important gift to give to children, about 40 shops will participate in the event, selling eco-friendly and sustainable products such as vegetables grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and processed products made from them, including gourmet foods, sweets, cosmetics, and sundries selected to nurture sensitivity to the beautiful and the unknown. Workshops such as making jewelry soap and organic cosmetics (only on the 30th) will also be offered (some with fees). The Kyushu Vegan Fest will also be held at the same venue during the event.
