Fukuoka citizens proudly believe tonkotsu to be the undisputed number one ramen in Japan, but here’s your chance to extend your horizons and try different styles of ramen from Dec. 11~ at Fukuoka City Hall. Thirteen stands – made up of nine individual shops plus four collaboration stands – will serve up top-quality ramen from across Kyushu and Japan (Tokyo, Hokkaido etc.). Including these collaborations of local ramen shops (two per stall), a grand total of 17 ramen brands are participating in the show! It’s the best of the best, only available at the show… itadakimasu!
