A festival for thanking one’s ancestors and fallen soldiers. See walls of carefully painted lanterns lit up at night, all 6,000 of which are sponsored by worshippers. Enjoy a Japanese flute performance, kaguramai (Shinto dance), gospel singing, as well as games and yummy food and drink at the night market.
