The 25th Hakata Odori is the perfect opportunity to experience the culture of Hakata. 18 geisha perform on Hakataza’s huge stage – dancing, singing and playing the shamisen (a banjo-like instrument). Their most popular number is the “Iwaimedeta”, Hakata’s traditional song of celebration.
