The 40-meter-high atrium of Seala Brasserie and Lounge and the domed chapel are both decked out for Halloween! At the popular annual Hilton Halloween Party, there will be a magic show, juggling, balloon art, a lucky draw, and more, and you can enjoy a dinner buffet with a special Halloween menu with your family and friends.

The buffet features about 40 dishes filled with the bounty of autumn. The international team of chefs has arranged the menu with a wide variety of ingredients, including beef and chicken from Kyushu, wild boar, duck, and other game species, as well as sustainable seafood.
The “Beef Brisket” slow roasted at low temperature for 6 hours, the “Roasted Chicken” marinated with thyme and baked to perfection, and the “Sustainable Salmon” marinated with basil, beets, and oranges are cooked in chunks to lock in the flavor and fish are cut into pieces just before eating, creating a live performance that is full of flavor.
