Harezake Hashigo is organized by local liquor distributors, shops, bars, other local business, and passionate sake lovers. With a specially crafted Koishiwara porcelain cup in hand, you can visit 36 local bars and restaurants to enjoy a glass of sake and a paired snack worth ¥500. A 90 min. lecture by a sake sommelier with English interpretation and 30 min. sake hopping are included in the tour. The lecture covers the basics of Japanese sake and how the taste changes depending on the type of rice and serving temperature.
