The Ishibashi Cultural Center in Kurume was donated to the city by Shojiro Ishibashi, founder of Bridgestone. Known for its beautiful gardens, the center is especially popular among rose enthusiasts. Visitors can admire around 2,600 rose bushes representing 400 varieties, with autumn roses reaching their peak from late October to late November. Rose seedlings will be available for purchase, along with a market and live Rose Garden Concerts. Enjoy a stroll through the grounds surrounded by the fragrant blooms.
