Ito Okashi Fest is an event dedicated to organic and gluten-free sweets. In its fifth edition, 17 vendors gather at a seaside venue in Itoshima, offering baked goods, bread, and fermented foods made without white sugar or additives, using carefully selected oils and ingredients.
One of the event’s highlights is the chance to speak directly with makers who usually work in different locations. Limited-quantity specials, including a festival-only parfait, will also be available. With ocean views and a relaxed atmosphere, the event offers a chance to enjoy thoughtfully made sweets at a leisurely pace.
