This festival in Minato is held every Spring and Autumn to celebrate the harbour’s ‘interesting people and shops’. In Kamome Hiroba square next to Minato’s port, over 30 local shops and restaurants participate in the celebrations. Events include sea kayaking lessons, drum lessons and live concerts. Have a seat on the grass and enjoy a picnic by the port!
