For the first time in three years, the championship to determine the top karaage restaurant in Kitakyushu will be held, bringing together 16 restaurants operating in the city, from Hall of Fame karaage restaurants that have won for three consecutive years to long-established and new restaurants, selling their specialty karaage, including momo (chicken thigh), mune (chicken breast), teba (chicken wing), salt, soy sauce, and sauce, with particular emphasis on the parts and seasonings. This year’s Karaage Grand Prix will be decided by visitors’ votes.
