Young artists use public spaces in Tenjin and Nakasu as sites for artistic expression. Artworks include elements of the city’s history, promoting a deeper appreciation of the area’s culture and traditions. Held for the fourth time, the event showcases the creativity of Fukuoka’s younger generation.
