One of Kyushu’s largest curry festivals returns to Maizuru Park, bringing together more than 30 food vendors serving spice curry, soup curry, keema curry, biryani, curry bread, and other curry specialties. Many stalls offer mini portions, making it easy to sample different styles and compare the unique flavors and spice blends of popular restaurants from across Fukuoka.
The venue also features sweets and drink stands selling shaved ice, gelato, and candied apples, while the lawn area invites visitors to relax picnic-style. Live performances by bands and DJs add to the open-air atmosphere, creating a laid-back early summer food festival in the heart of the city.
