A celebration of meat dishes and wines that pair perfectly.

From steaks and sausages to game meats, paella, Chinese cuisine, and more, this event features a wide range of meat dishes from popular Fukuoka restaurants. Over 30 wines from 11 countries—including Italy, France, and Argentina—have been handpicked by sommeliers to complement the rich flavors of the food. Sparkling, white, red, and rosé wines are all available.
Wine-paired desserts will also be on offer, including exclusive pairings like Amaou strawberry gelato and rare cheesecake tart.

Don’t miss the special pairing event featuring the world’s No.1 red sparkling wine “Medici Ermete” and steak grilled by a world BBQ competition runner-up (Sep 22, 13:00–15:00, advance registration required, limited to 100 people). Also look out for the Amaou sparkling wine, limited to 40 servings per day.
