More than 95% of the ingredients Elle Spa’s products are derived from natural sources, and Miyako Hotel Hakata is the only hotel in Kyushu to offer these environmentally-friendly amenities. Under this collaboration, the hotel’s pastry chefs conceived new sweets inspired by Elle Spa’s soft, luxurious colors and aromas and the energy derived from fruit.
In Empathy, the spacious, well-lit cafe on the third floor, you can enjoy tea and the fruity, aromatic sweets as part of a limited-time afternoon tea set.

Choose from 11 original creations—eight different bite-size sweets and three savory treats— including peach gelatin, grape and fig savarin, pistachio macarons, lavender milk pudding and the subtly sweet Mont Blanc.

For your drink, you can have coffee or the Kusumi Tea, a premium blend herbal tea from France. Choose from seven aromatic flavors. This is the only place in Kyushu where Kusumi Tea is served.
