Enjoy the sight of over 15,000 candle lanterns lighting up the Kanmon Straits (Shimonoseki and Mojiko). Don’t miss the music events at each place, including a handbell concert. There will also be a candle lighting ceremony, lantern decoration made with milk cartons, a night market with food stalls offering coffee, pizza, hotdogs, and more as well as an art market set up at the Mojiko side.
