Experience a scenic tour of Fukuoka’s cityscape from the gentle currents of Nakagawa and Hakata Rivers. Traditional ‘donko’ boats (gondola) and small motorboats are offered, providing a relaxed and picturesque journey. Guided donko boat rides last 25 minutes, while motorboat cruises last 30 minutes—perfect for enjoying a cup of tea on the move.
Participants can also try ‘water cycles’, which allow them to pedal like a bicycle to move freely on the water. An instructor accompanies beginners to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience (open to individuals over 150cm in height).
