An art book fair originating in Fukuoka brings together works by artists, creators, and publishers from Japan and abroad, including those based locally. Now in its fourth edition, the event takes place at Artist Cafe Fukuoka Grand Studio (formerly the Maizuru Junior High School gymnasium) in Maizuru Park, featuring over 90 exhibitors presenting printed publications and related works. Alongside exhibitions and sales, visitors can join workshops focused on printing, connect with creators, and explore an art session program where 15 creators from Japan and 15 from Korea produce works on a shared theme. A special “Korean Art Zone” will showcase publishing projects and bookstores from Seoul and beyond. On the first day, March 14, food vendors and kitchen cars from popular local eateries will join the event, along with a special night book market.
