One Flower One Citizen – Spring Festival

For nine days each year, the streets of Hakata and Tenjin are transformed into a colorful floral spectacle! A “Tulip Road” adorned with 50,000 tulips and other seasonal flowers blooms along a walking route connecting Hakata Station, Tenjin, and Maizuru Park. The main venue, located in front of Kihinkan Plaza, will host exhibitions of flower beds created by citizens, as well as a gardening contest. Food trucks will also be available on Sat., and Sun., adding to the festive atmosphere.
