The fifth installment of the cultural event “PARK,” held in the Hakata Station East area, focuses on the theme of “Fermentation.” Featuring the tagline “The World’s Deliciousness is Fermented,” the event brings together 17 vendors from across Japan specializing in fermentation-inspired food culture, offering selections of beer, wine, and gourmet dishes. Attendees can enjoy both cuisine and live music, with guest performances from city pop and reggae singer Natsu Summer, among others.
