Salon du Chocolat is one of Kyushu’s largest chocolate festivals with over 60 chocolate brands from 8 countries! This year eight new brands, including independent chocolatiers who previously worked at Fauchon and Pierre Hermé. If the sheer number of chocolates makes it hard to choose what to buy, check out the Salon du Chocolat Selection Boxes. Assorted chocolate pieces were carefully selected from different chocolatiers from all over the world. Reservations are required for the selection boxes, and for some brands and products, it is necessary to apply for a digital admission ticket in advance to avoid congestion. Reservations will begin online from Jan. 24.
