The “Salon du Chocolat,” a chocolate fair from Paris, is held worldwide and here in Fukuoka. Under the theme of “Laugh with the Future,” this year’s event will feature about 80 chocolate brands selected from 10 countries worldwide, allowing visitors to experience the current trends in the world of chocolates. Ten new brands, including a new Turkish brand that offers luxurious chocolates made with an abundance of Turkish pistachios, are also noteworthy. Also very popular each time is the limited selection box, which is available by reservation only, containing a carefully selected assortment of chocolates made by various artisans. It is a large chocolate festival with a wide variety of chocolates, including sables and cookies made with chocolate by patissiers – don’t miss it!
For some brands and products, such as the selection box, it is necessary to apply for a digital admission ticket in advance to avoid congestion (reservations will be available online from January 21). Also, from this year, most of the products in the catalog will be available for purchase on the special online site (sales are scheduled to start on January 19).
