The Paris-born chocolate festival, “Salon du Chocolat,” is held in cities around the world, showcasing over 80 carefully selected chocolate brands from across the globe. This year’s theme, “Moment/Infinity,” invites visitors to savor the rich flavors of chocolate inspired by the interplay of fleeting and timeless moments.
The event offers exclusive chocolates, creations crafted with premium cacao and other carefully selected ingredients, and assortments of bonbons by renowned chocolatiers—many of which are not usually available in Fukuoka. Divided into three sessions, each period features limited-edition chocolates, so checking the catalog in advance is recommended for those with specific items in mind.
On-site dining is another highlight, with limited-time offerings such as Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse’s flan chocolat and the exquisite parfaits from Fukuoka’s famed Georges Marceau. Don’t miss these special treats!
