Normally a venue for speedboat race gambling, Boat Race Fukuoka opens its doors to host a two-day public festival. Over a dozen live bands, a flea market with 150 booths (antiques, art, second-hand clothes and fresh, local vegetables), and food and drink stalls. Kids’ disco and workshops too!
