An outdoor ice skating rink will appear in the plaza in front of Fukuoka Tower, adding festive charm to the Momochihama area through three seasonal events: Christmas, New Year’s, and Valentine’s. Until December 25, the rink will host Momochi’s first-ever Christmas market. From December 28 to January 13, it will transform into a New Year’s-themed space with a remote worship site for Momiji Hachimangu Shrine and a giant torii gate. From January 16 to February 24, heart-shaped monuments will set a romantic Valentine’s mood. Skating lessons and performances will also be held.
