Shimura Ken’s Daibakusho Exhibition

An exhibition of comedian Ken Shimura, who has brought laughter and excitement to the Japanese people for 46 years, is coming to Fukuoka. The exhibition will feature an extensive collection of famous characters created by Shimura Ken, including the national characters “Hen na Ojisan (weird uncle) ” and “Hitomi Basan (Hitomi grandma).” Wigs, costumes, and meticulously crafted props that were used will be on display. On the first day of the exhibition on February 16, The Drifters’ Koji Nakamoto will serve as the opening manager and welcome visitors.

• Over college student ¥1,200, HS & JHS ¥800, entrance ticket with catalog ¥2,000, free for under ES
