Held in the plaza in front of JR Hakata Station, this large-scale participatory singing event brings together 28 community groups performing gospel, choral music and a cappella. The open-air setting turns one of Fukuoka’s busiest public spaces into a stage filled with voices from across generations and musical styles.
On the evening of Sep 12, a JAM stage invites visitors to join in and sing along. On Sep 13, singer Ms.OOJA appears as a special guest, including a collaborative performance with local community singers.
