Grand Hyatt Fukuoka’s strawberry buffet returns for the first time in five years. Featuring 27 strawberry-based sweets, highlights include a rich terrine chocolat made with premium Valrhona chocolate and a refreshing strawberry soup with panna cotta. Guests can also enjoy six light meals, such as a spring vegetable quiche and salad with strawberry dressing. At the carving station, chefs will prepare made-to-order soufflé pancakes with strawberry sauce and French toast with strawberry compote. Due to high demand, the March dates sold out immediately after sales began, leading to additional dates being scheduled. Reservations are recommended.
Each guest is served one plate of “Amaou and White Strawberry Parfait.”
