Seala Brasserie and Lounge on the 4th floor of Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk welcomes its guests to a buffet themed “enjoy gourmet food of Kyushu” in the months of January and February. The seasonal fair will include a variety of regional cuisine, including traditional dishes using locally-sourced ingredients gathered from seven prefectures (Fukuoka, Saga, Oita, Kumamoto, Nagasaki, and Kagoshima.) Weekly-specialty noodles in the styles of Hakata ramen, Miyazaki spicy karamen, Kumamoto ramen, Kagoshima (Satsuma) ramen, and Nagasaki champon noodles will create the sensation of traveling to each prefecture. For desserts, find your favorites, including Fukuoka-produced Amaou strawberry gateau opera, tarte chocolat with Miyazaki-produced kumquat creme, tiramisu of Saga-produced Saga-honoka strawberry, Nagasaki sheath cake and more.
