A classic car event held in Munakata, home to the UNESCO World Heritage site “Sacred Island of Okinoshima and Associated Sites in the Munakata Region.” Centered around a rally course through the Chikuzen Genkai area, the event combines historic automobiles with the region’s coastal scenery and cultural heritage.
On the first day, classic cars from Japan and overseas are displayed at Munakata Taisha Shrine alongside booths by automotive-related companies and a selection of food trucks, creating a relaxed picnic-style atmosphere. The second day features a touring rally departing from Munakata Taisha and traveling along seaside roads and historic landmarks throughout the region. One of the highlights is the procession of vintage cars driving together through the local landscape.
