Head to Uminonakamichi to see approximately three million blooming spring flowers (1,000 varieties)! The annual ‘Flower Picnic’ takes place between March 24 to May 6; on weekends, there are various activities such as animal petting and feeding, craft workshops and brass and concerts. A special gourmet event called “C-1 Cup in Uminaka” will also take place in which food vendors sell various tasty treats, and the best food vendor wins a prize (10:00~17:00 on 4/48 ~ 4/30, 5/3 ~ 5/6).
