Located atop a hill above Sakurazaka, Imuri boasts one of the best night views of the city. Beyond the dining area, duck under the low tea room-style door to enter the quiet bar and let time slip away. The signature cocktail is the Bloody Mary, made fresh on order. The champagne cocktails made with seasonal fruits are also popular. Bartender Tsutomu Kakei, a 20-year veteran, is a sommelier and can make whatever you may fancy. When the weather is nice, the west-facing terrace seating is a great place to catch a sunset over Momochihama and Fukuoka Tower.
