After falling in love with craft beer, Yuta Koide decided to open Beerkichi to further invigorate Fukuoka’s craft beer culture. The cozy bar with a cute name attracts a young crowd, and you can come here to find out about the latest trends in the ever-changing world of craft beer. The bar offers 10 varieties of craft beer sourced from other parts of Japan and overseas, including some hard-to-find drafts. The changing menu keeps the craft beer fans and other customers coming back for more. Another big draw is the homemade New York-style pizza that you can order by the slice for eat-in or take-out. You can also buy an original beer glass to take home.
