Cafe Miel, part of the Honey Coffee family, took over an old-style coffee shop from the seventies after the owner retired.
Sourced from trusted growers, the fully traceable beans are roasted in-house. The menu features seven single origin coffees, COE Gold awarded beans, and three blends.
Depending on the flavor profile you prefer, you can have your coffee made with a stainless filter, a siphon, a tea strainer or by hand drip (+ ¥200).
The extra-large cups (270 cc) let you enjoy the different flavors as the temperature of your coffee changes. Not many kissaten with this charm and caliber remain.
Menu:
Single origin coffee ¥900 (iced coffee ¥950), blend coffee ¥900 (iced coffee ¥950, miel blend iced coffee ¥1,200), cold brew coffee ¥800, coffee and milk ¥950, hot sandwich set ¥1,250 (4 cut), ¥950 (2 cut), affogato ¥880, tiramisu ¥850
