At this conveyor-belt sushi shop, veteran chefs make sushi from fresh fish and seafood sourced daily from the nearby Nagahama Seafood Market. The sushi rice is made by adding brown rice vinegar to carefully selected Japanese varieties of rice, and the rice balls are formed when the rice is about body temperature, which allows you to savor the just-right combination of rice and toppings when you pop the sushi in your mouth. The price range is a reasonable ¥98 ~ ¥580, and that even includes high-end ingredients like the fatty belly of bluefin tuna, Hokkaido sea urchin and large red prawns. During lunch (11 am to 3 pm, except Sundays), the sets are popular. The daily lunch is only ¥500 and comes with eight pieces of sushi! You can also order other standards, like a set of sushi and tempura or a bowl of rice topped with fresh seafood.
