Le Rubis is a natural wine bistro on Keyaki-dori. Owner-chef Taichi Kiyosue creates the food, while his wife Kae, a sommelier, will help you choose the right wine. The fully a la carte menu changes daily and includes pesticide-free veggies sourced from local farmers. Le Rubis is the only place in Fukuoka where you can enjoy Ohmi Beef prepared by renowned butcher Yoshinobu Niiho. The carefully pan-grilled steak is moist on the inside and crisp on the outside. The natural wine selection, mostly from France, has been curated to pair well with the French cuisine.
