May has come and gone, and that means one thing: rain. While it’s easy to resent the rainy season if you love the great outdoors, you need not worry because there’s still one way to keep fit and get your fix of adventure. June’s feature is all about indoor rock climbing, a sport that is booming in Fukuoka. Oscar Boyd has written a full report on the scene, with all the information you’ll ever need on where to go indoor climbing in Fukuoka. All that climbing made us hungry but we managed to find a great little Italian restaurant named Tranoi. complete with it’s own singing chef! June’s interview is with Michele Tajiri, the General Manger of Bliss Clinic, a plastic surgery clinic in Kiyokawa. As usual, we’ve got all the latest information on events near Fukuoka in our events section including Spain Fiesta 2015 and a 400 year old Tug-of-War. Finally, get excited for the absolutely massive Fukuoka Canada Day Party, which will take place on Fri., June 26.
