Aeon Kyushu announced establishing a joint venture with Welcia Holdings (Tokyo), which operates 2,675 stores nationwide. Welciacontinues to expand and grow in the highly competitive drugstore industry on the strength of its dispensing pharmacy, counseling services, and late-night sales.
