Consumer electronics mass merchandiser Best Denki, headquartered in Fukuoka City, announced its intention to open a sales outlet in the Middle East this year. The store will be opened through a franchise agreement with a Kuwaiti consumer electronics sales company. They also plan to open stores in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. They will be the first Japanese company in this industry to open a store in that region.
