Miyoshi Real Estate Co., Ltd. is opening a cat-friendly apartment in Sawara-ku, Fukuoka. Reflecting the popularity of keeping cats as pets, the company decided to renovate an entire building and rent 20 rooms. The 1K (one room with kitchen) rooms have catwalks, 24-hour air circulation system and other useful functions that make the place comfortable for cats even while their owners are away.
