As COVID-19 border measures start to ease, two Chinese airlines have announced that they will resume flights between Fukuoka and mainland China in June. These routes have been suspended for over three years. Air China will resume flights between Fukuoka Airport and Beijing, via Dalian, from June 7. These flights will operate twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays. Additionally, China Eastern Airlines will also restart its direct flights between Fukuoka Airport and Shanghai Pudong Airport from June 12, running twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays.
