Hibiki Wind Energy in Kitakyushu City has begun construction on its Hibikinada Offshore Wind Farm, aiming for operational commencement in the 2025 fiscal year. The facility’s maximum output is expected to be 220,000 kilowatts, making it the largest offshore wind power generation project in Japan.
