The Kagoshima Sogo Shinyokinko, a shinkin bank in Kagoshima City, has signed an agreement for economic cooperation with an organization for promoting international trade affiliated with the city of Dalian, China. Most of the members of the organization are small and medium-sized business enterprises, and they hope to strengthen ties between the two regions by forming ties with Kagoshima companies and exchanging information. It is the first agreement between a Japanese shinkin bank and the city of Dalian.
